In 2014 fisher island was planning the construction of a new building-palazzo del sol. Fisher Island hadn't launched a building in over seven years. The exclusive island in itself is the main selling point for buyers. However they were still using an old school physical model to showcase the features of the island. For a more modern approach we designed, developed, and created the first immersion room. This provided sales agents an interactive space to showcase all aspects of the island as well as the new building itself. From island features, to floor plans, to renders-everything was at there fingertips.
In addition to the immersion room we also created the identity for the building and all of its marketing materials. This included everything from the website, the sales app, and a video/photo shoot to fuel it all.
